With no set class times, you can workout on your terms. There are no timetables, no bookings required, so you can start at a time that suits you. Your coach will be waiting to help you find your workout and get started.

Choose your round, find your exercises on the Coaching Screen, and get ready to move!

UBX workouts are 12 x 3 minute rounds, with 30 sec rest in between. Short, effective and fun!

Bring your gloves or grab a pair of ours, and get that heart rate up! Unleash the fighter within and practice your skills, speed and form all while building full-body strength.

Our elite coaches will tailor the workout to you and guide you through all 12 rounds… then it’s time to enjoy that endorphin rush! Time for the gloves to come off and a cool-down in our world class training facility.

Boxing and strength training help you reduce stress, trigger the production of endorphins, improve sleep and focus your mind.

Weight Loss

Boxing sessions burn more calories per minute than any other sport. Research shows a 70kg athlete will consume up to 800 calories an hour compared to running or spinning at 600 calories per hour.

Balance & Coordination

A UBX workout is a lot more strategic than throwing a few random punches. From hooks and jabs to full body circuits and a combination of evasive movements is put together in sequence, is like a choreographed dance. Regular training improves balance, hand-eye coordination and agility.

Bone Density

Our methods are a great way to improve bone strength. The forces through the hands and arms stimulate bones to mineralise and strengthen, ultimately reducing the risk of injury.
